Holy Flower Shower Mass Chanting @ Ubin Thai Buddhist Temple, Vesak Day 2023 (3rd June 2023)

Reporting early to the Temple to offer our prayers to Buddhas & Monks & getting all prepared for this special ceremony, holy flower shower alongside with mass chanting blessing by the monks.

The official ceremony commenced at 9 am. Mass chanting by all the monks as they bless all the devotees & next the highlight was the holy flower shower with monks filling small pails with holy flower water mixed with holy oil & dropped candle waxes.

We can see splashes of the holy water flying over from all directions by the respective monks stationed at different holy water pail stations & making sure that all devotees get theirs blessings resembling good health, good luck & good wealth.

It is our first year attending Vesak Day celebration event at Ubin Thai Buddhist Temple & looking forward to tomorrow night evening mass chanting by the monks that is also the last ceremony in these 4 days of Vesak Day celebrations.
