How to make a Jig for a Tambour Lid Bread Bin

My wife suggest that I make a Bread bin to compliment the Chopping Boards on our Website, so I decide to make a Tambour lid Bread Bin, as I think they are much more attractive.
The challenge is to come up with a process that is as efficient as possible so I can make the Bread Bin and make a small profit.
I think I've achieved just that, let me know what you think.
