This Japanese popular mochi ice cream is one of the Filipino favourites! Made with real Matcha Green Tea powder and wrapped in soft and chewy rice dough called Mochi. This dessert is also available in many flavors. This one is my favourite!
Ice Cream Ingredients:
10 g Matcha Powder
100 ml Condensed Milk (Cold)
250 ml Whipping Cream (Cold)
Mochi Ingredients:
75 g Mochiko Powder
100 g Granulated White Sugar
100 ml Water
