Real estate experts look ahead to the Tampa Bay area market in the new year

As part of our Price of Paradise series, we are talking to experts to get an idea of what the housing market will look like in the new year.  According to a Redfin report, home prices are slightly down, showing the median sale price is sitting around 400K. We spoke to local real estate experts who say interest rates are starting to come down, and that will be a game changer for people trying to buy a home.   “I currently have a client getting quoted high 6’s right now.
