Churma ladoo is a traditional Rajasthani recipe. These are made from the bati. This is a very easy and simple recipe if you have batis ready with you. Do try this delicious recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and comment.
Ingredients:
• Bati
• 3 tsp Ghee
• 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
• 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
Method:
• Break down batis and transfer these into a blender jar.
• Blend them into fine powder.
• You can do it with hands too but blending in mixture gives nice
texture to ladoos.
• Heat up ghee in a pan.
• Add churma and roast on medium heat until it turns nice golden
for about 7-8 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and add cardamom powder.
• Mix well and let the mixture cool down a little.
• You can add dry nuts’ powder if you want.
• When the mixture is warm add sugar and mix well.
• You can also add grated gudh too instead of powdered sugar.
• Roll the mixture into ladoos.
• If you feel the mixture is too dry and you can’t roll the ladoos then
add very little milk in it and roll ladoos.
