This video is about the dam, locks, and hydroelectric plant on the Mississippi River that stretches across Keokuk, Iowa and Hamiton, IL. It is a very historic structure. It was built from 1910 - 1913 and it was the second longest dam in the world when it was built. This among other historic facts makeup this video. It was made as the final project for my graduate video editing class.
