Tom Kerridge's Christmas Dinner: Leftover Turkey Sub

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
1 x large ciabatta
100ml leftover gravy
4 tbsp cheese chutney
2tbsp dried cranberries
8 cocktail snack sausages
5 slices of ham
50g crumbled stilton
1 ball of mozzarella sliced
5 slices of turkey
2 tbsp pickled red cabbage
Gherkin slices
2 good pinches of chilli flakes
1 large sheet of tin foil

Method:
- Firstly, lay the bread onto a chopping board and then cut open through the middle to leave two halves.
- Now drizzle both sides with the gravy and then spread as you would butter.
- Then spread the chutney on top of the gravy.
- On to the base scatter over the sausages and dried cranberries.
- Following with the laying on the ham, scatter over the stilton cheese.
- Next lay on the sliced mozzarella, turkey and pickled red cabbage.
- Lastly pop on the gherkin slices and chilli flakes, then pop on the lids.
- Wrap up tightly in the tin foil and then bake for 25-30 minutes at 185 degrees.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and slice into generous wedges.
