What a day NARROWBOAT cruising
What a day NARROWBOAT cruising in our TINY HOME! Life is not always great when you have an OFF GRID lifestyle!! That's BOATLIFE for you!
First we were RACING against time, on one of the HOTTEST days of the year. The CHALLENGE was to get through Crofton locks before they closed. We'd heard a rumour that they were going to close again at 4pm for the next 2 weeks!
We moored our NARROWBOAT for the day taking the last space available. To our HORROR we realised the boater next to us ran his engine for 12hrs a day. It made us both feel very In UNWELL.
Maybe he should of chosen an alternative location for his mooring away from other boaters...
Did we say something to the owner? "DON'T MOOR HERE moor away from other boats"
We ended the day with Michaels favourite meal and a couple of glasses of chilled wine on our FLOATING HOME!
