In this video, I'm running you through 15 hockey shooting drills that you can practice at home if you've got a net to shoot.
Most drills only require pucks, but a few will need a passer. Here's my favorite passer: http://bit.ly/hkypassing
Hockey shooting drills can be added in on top of your off-season or in-season program ideally after your regular workouts. I'd recommend around 10-30 minutes of shooting per day max so that you are recovering properly.
