I was once asked "What size wrench do I use on this bolt. It doesn't say on the end?".
Being a mentor and having worked with a lot of new people, I brought the lady over to my tool box and gave her a lesson on how to choose the correct size wrench for a fastener. Later that day she came back and thanked me. "Thank you for showing me about wenches. I got to use a wrench today. I've never used a wrench before."
I wonder how many people don't know this information but are too ashamed to ask.
I welcome comments good or bad and please ask questions... that's the only way to learn.
