Perfect Coverstitching Over Seams

It's a huge pain when you work so hard on your garment / project all the way through and then get to the cover stitching the side seams and get:

• Wonky irregular stitches
• Puckers or bunched up stitches
• Miss the hem altogether

Fear not, there are a few go steps that alleviate all these problems and its my tried and true over the hump technique.
