3/4 cup plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg (separate yolk and white)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup + 3 tbsp milk
4 tbsp granulated / white / caster sugar
1 tbsp vegetable / flavourless oil
4-5 tbsp chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
