Instructions Summary:
- Stickers are organized into "packs" and they should be between 1-10
- Sticker packs must contain either static or animated stickers
- Each sticker pack must have stickers between 3-30
- Stickers must be exactly 512 x 512 pixels and less than 100KB (static) and 500KB(Animated) and in WEBP format
- Stickers tray icon must be exactly 96 x 96 pixels and less than 36 pixels and in PNG format
