(frequently asked for) mods visible in the video: Neko Lost + Tainted Lost, "The Beast but it's my dad" mod, Specialist Dance, Dogma Brimstone Lasers, Damage Multiplier Stat, and "Regret Pedestals" (this is the one that shows you the blind item you didn't take). AND the time machine mod (the one that makes the beggar donations go faster). AND the unintrustive pause menu mod.

the chance of finding c section on the first item room is actually 1/410 or 0.24% so I'm not wrong this time I think
Legit one of my luckiest tainted tainted jacob runs to date... early c section is SUCH A SATISFYING ITEM... especially when combined with mom's knife and a surprise appearance from mysterious liquid which was granted from my last run's eden's blessing... and I'm totally not mentioning these items in the description just for keywords or anything, why would I ever do that? This paragraph is also ABSOLUTELY not copied from another one of my videos but with certain words changed to make sense in the context of this video, that would just be silly.
