1 cup all purpose flour
1 egg-beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 TBSP butter-melted
2 cups corn-fresh is best-cook and cut off the cob
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Cover a large skillet with oil in bottom of pan on medium heat
Test a bit-if it is bubbling then its ready
Spoon in and flatten, fry on both sides until golden brown.
Delicious!
