Fermented Pig In Tasting Room
On today's adventure we check out the new tasting room for Settle Down Easy Brewing Co. This Falls Church brewery just past Mosaic has a new nanobrewery location in Hunter Mill Plaza and its actually a pretty big spot.
I went there for their Saturday brunch, and while I did get bacon (you have to get the Fermented Pig bacon). I went off their regular menu to get a giant bratwurst which was also fantastic.
On the beer side, I got a $5 Beermosa (half beer, half orange juice...they also have regular mimosas for $5), and then got a quick flight of 4 of their top beers.
This isn't just the best brewery in Oakton, it is the only one! Finally! IN my hood!
