Ingredients for multi dal high protein dosa :
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Any Raw Rice - 1 Cup
Green moong dal (whole) - 1/2 cup
Chana dal - 1/2 cup
Masoor dal (or) Toor dal - 1/4 cup
Urad dal (whole) - 2 tablespoons
Ground nuts - 2 tablespoons
Almond / Badam - 6 to 7 (optional)
Water as required to grind the batter
Salt to taste

*Wash 2 to 3 times & add fresh water to soak for 5 to 6 hrs (or) Overnight.

*After soaked peel the almonds skin.

*Then Grind them. (While grinding add some curry leaves, 1 inch ginger,  1 green chilli)

*After grinding add salt as per your taste

**Multi dal dosa batter is ready...

**After batter grinding, immediately you can make dosas.. (No need fermentation)**
