I actually recommend watching the doc if you haven't its still coming from a Western lib perspective but doesn't seek to impose this too much on the viewer. It was one of the first docs I watched that made me challenge media narratives about the DPRK and imperialism because it gave glimpses of the human life that existed in the country which is often obscured by the racist caricature depictions of the region in most news reports.
