Moscow Mule isn't the only
Moscow Mule isn't the only easy-to-make refreshing summer sipper, so I made 3 mule cocktails with Thomas Henry sodas - Vodka, Whisky & Rum get the company of ginger beer, ginger ale and mystic mango. I kept the Equidae theme and named the Moscow Mule relatives the Speyside Donkey and the Caribbean Burro. And don’t worry If you don’t have copper mule mugs. You can make these drinks in a cup and still enjoy their refreshing taste. Just don’t forget to chill your mug for the full effect.
Moscow Mule:
• 50 ml (1 2/3 oz) Vodka
• 10 ml (1/3 oz) lime juice
• 100 ml (3 1/3 oz) ginger beer (I used Spicy Ginger from Thomas Henry)
• Garnish with a mint bouquet and a lime wedge
Speyside Donkey:
• 50 ml (1 2/3 oz) Scotch
• 10 ml (1/3 oz) lemon juice
• 100 ml (3 1/3oz) ginger ale from Thomas Henry
• Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple and a pineapple leaf
Caribbean Burro:
• 50 ml (1 2/3 oz) Spiced rum
• 10 ml (1/3 oz) lime juice
• 100 ml (3 1/3 oz) Mystic Mango from Thomas Henry
• Garnish with a dehydrated mango and a basil bouquet
