Chrysler wrong used PCM procedure

How to install the proper calibrations to a used Chrysler PCM .  This method will only work with 2009 and older vehicles using the legacy j 2534 Application from Techauthority Note that there is a sundown date on this software , the legacy app will be used via the witech software.  
 Time will tell if we will still have a work around for this type of situation.
