This Is How We NOTCH The Bores On A Big Block MOPAR V8!

Building custom engines requires custom machining! In this case, the Trick Flow Powerport 240 cylinder heads we're using on this build are designed for use with 4.320" bore size and up, but our bore size is 4.255". As such, we have to notch the top of the cylinder bores to gain adequate valve clearance!
