Slaying Cerberus OSRS 2024

Hi everyone! In this video, I'm going to show you how I slay Cerberus! In order to slay Cerberus, you must have a slayer level of 91.
*Note: Having your agility level above 65 is important. 70 agility allows you to access one shortcut that still requires more running and 80 agility allows you to use the closest shortcut to the cave where Cerberus is located at.

Starting off in Falador, I'll be making my way to the Taverly dungeon. I'll be using a shortcut, however, it still requires some more walking so that's what the stamina pot is for. You'll be passing some blue dragons, black demons, poisonous spiders (antidote/antipoison is for this), and hellhounds before entering the cave. You have three caves to choose from (Eastern, Northern, Western). You can peek to see if there are any adventures slaying and if not you can enter the cave.
First thing I like to do is take a sip of my combat pot, run to Cerberus and click on my prayer. I drop a manta ray so I can equip my dragon claws and spec her twice. Once that is done, you can go ahead and keep an eye on her health, your prayer, and your health. Make sure you're standing/oriented to be able to see behind the archaic skull. When her health is below 400 she says "aaaaarrrrooooo" and will summon three souls. Looking behind the skull, you can see the order (left to right) the three summoned souls are approaching you to pray correctly.
- Red (Melee)
- Green (Range)
- Blue (Magic)
The left most soul is the prayer you will switch to before the come out. The moment the first soul moves, click your next protect from prayer to the same color order. The moment the second soul moves, click the last protect from prayer accordingly. Equipping your spectral spirit shield before they come out and having your prayer above 50 is very helpful and important as they will drain your prayer less (having the spectral shield equipped) and you won't have to worry about your prayer being too low (if you have it above 50).
When her HP is below 200 she will say "Grrrrrrrrr" and lava pools will emerge from the ground. If you're using range, you'll have enough time to move and not take any damage. If you're using melee you will take damage but move across from her and you won't take anymore damage. This damage is inevitable if you are within melee distance.
And that's all there is to it. This was a short/quick guide on how I kill Cerberus. I honestly just started killing her and it's been so much fun. I'm pretty sure there are other ways to do it but this is my way.
