In this video I prepare a delicious and simple dish from yesterday's (leftover) rice. These recipes are perfect for any time of day or for a quick and easy dinner. Try it out and see for yourself!

✔️RECIPE 1
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
300 g cooked rice from the day before (leftover).
4 small chicken eggs (2 eggs for frying, 2 eggs mixed with rice)
2 TBSP. Vegetable oil (1 tbsp for frying eggs, 1 tbsp for frying rice)
salt, chicken powder
You can add green onions to enhance the flavor if desired.
Preparation steps:
1. Beat 4 small chicken eggs, pour half into the rice, leave the other half to fry.
2. Mix rice well with 2 beaten eggs.
3. Pour 1 tbsp. vegetable oil in a heated pan. Fry 2 beaten eggs.
4. Add rice. Season with salt and chicken powder. Fry until cooked (1-2 minutes over moderate heat).
Active cooking time: 5 minutes.


✔️RECIPE 2
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
300 g cooked rice from the day before (leftover).
3 small chicken eggs (1 egg for frying, 2 eggs mixed with rice)
30g carrots
100g shrimp
50g frozen green peas
20 ml vegetable oil (10 ml for frying eggs and 10 ml for frying vegetables)
salt, chicken powder
Preparation steps:
1. Beat 2 chicken eggs, add 300 g of yesterday's rice and mix well.
2. Add 10 ml vegetable oil to a heated frying pan. Fry one at a time: 1 beaten egg, chopped carrots, frozen green peas and shrimp pieces until cooked.
4. Add rice. Season with salt and chicken powder. Fry until cooked (1-2 minutes over moderate heat).
Active cooking time: 5 minutes.


✔️RECIPE 3
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
300 g cooked rice from the day before (leftover).
4 small chicken eggs
1 clove of garlic
100g minced pork
2 TBSP. vegetable oil
Mild soy sauce
You can add chili or spring onions to add flavor depending on your taste.
Preparation steps:
1. Beat 4 chicken eggs, add 300 g of yesterday's rice and mix well.
2. Finely chop 1 clove of garlic. I strongly recommend not skipping this step.
3. Pour 2 tbsp. vegetable oil in a heated pan. Fry the minced garlic until fragrant, add minced pork and fry well until fat appears. Add light soy sauce.
4. Add rice. Fry until cooked (1-2 minutes over moderate heat). If the dish seems unsalted, you can add salt to taste.
Active cooking time: 10 minutes.


✔️RECIPE 4
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
300 g cooked rice from the day before (leftover).
100g minced pork
30g onions
30 g sweet paprika
1 egg (optional)
2 TBSP. vegetable oil
Salt
Mild soy sauce
sesame
You can add chili pepper to enhance the flavor if desired.
Preparation steps:
1. Pour 2 tbsp. vegetable oil in a heated pan. Fry the minced pork until the fat appears.
2. Add chopped onions until light brown. Add light soy sauce.
3. Add chopped green pepper. You can replace all or part of the pepper with any other type of pepper.
4. Add rice. Fry until cooked (1-2 minutes over moderate heat). If the dish seems unsalted, you can add salt to taste.
5. Serve with a fried egg and sprinkle with sesame oil.
Active cooking time: 10 minutes.
