We LOVE Love, Simon! | Pride Month Movie Reaction!

Welcome to our first Film Friday! This video was supposed to go up last Friday, but technology decided that was the day to finally stage its revolution. The machines put up a valiant fight, but we prevailed, and my goodness was it worth it! Here's a little note from Jacqui about her first time watching Love, Simon...

Personally, the only time I could ever claim to be closeted was by admitting that I was a closet romantic. As it was easier for Simon to come out to someone he hadn't known very long, I find it much easier to share certain parts of myself here, with strangers on the internet. Despite the fact that we've filmed several videos so far, this is the first one where I got to be the one experiencing something new, and I couldn't have imagined a better way to start than with "Love, Simon." This movie absolutely charmed me, and I found such joy in its expression of the human experience. That alone would have been enough, but being able to relate on a personal level, sharing it with the community, and experiencing it as part of Pride...what more could I ask for? All my love, Jacqui
