Ukraine’s security service is claiming
Ukraine’s security service is claiming it has detained an informant who was sharing intelligence with Russia, all in an attempt to carry out a Russian airstrike when the Ukrainian leader planned to visit the southern region of Mykolaiv. NBC News has not been able to independently verified Ukraine’s claims. NBC News’ Matt Bradley reports on the latest.
