On my recent visit to Mumbai, I came across Sardar Paya House who has been selling Paya soup along with Mutton curry, Chicken curry and Keema Meat for over 40 years now. Such is he popularity of Sardar ji that people come here from as far as 100 Km to relish this taste. I was told that the Paya soup Sardar ji makes can treat many problems such as knee pain, cough and cold and can even increase the immunity in the body.
