In this video you will learn how to do a factory reset in Windows 8 / Windows 8.1 in two different ways. The first one is the basic way and it is through your PC settings and the second one is with "command prompt" or "cmd"
Factory reset is a good thing to do when having any kind of problems on your PC, having viruses or if you just want to start over.
Factory reset actualy deletes and removes all of your files from the computer and reinstalls Windows with all drivers and features just like they were when you've bought your computer.
