Ahmed Deedat explains that the word 'worship' in the bible is more often then not not used in the sense of worshiping God.
The Christians have mistaken this word worship to be the same. Whereas worship means also to revere, adore etc etc.

Jesus peace be upon him in fact refuted people who dared to pray to him as Almighty GOD.
