Miscarriage early pregnancy (my story, signs & symptoms)

In this video I share my journey dealing with an early pregnancy miscarriage at 5 weeks, as well as how we found out, and how we are picking up the pieces to heal from what's happened.

This is our second miscarriage, and it was just as heart breaking as our first.  If you are experiencing something similar, or you've been through this before, please know that you are not alone.  This is something that so many people deal with silently feeling shame, sadness, and grief without telling anyone.  Please know that you have nothing to feel shameful or guilty for and we extend all of our love to you.  

We hope that by speaking out we are removing a little bit of the stigma and misunderstanding that surrounds miscarriage, pregnancy loss and infertility.
