Roman and Kate, professional baristas from the JS Barista Training Center team will acquaint us with main types of coffee and will teach how to make coffee and make best coffee recipes. This video we will make Inverted Capuccino, or Upside Down Cappuccino. We need: • Hot milk (150F) • (Grapefruit) syrup (1tbsp) • Sugar • (Basil) syrup (1 tbsp) • Ice • Double espresso Add basil syrup to the milk and shake it up with the syrup until the froth appears – this is a basis of our drink. Add ice, second syrup, sugar and double expresso to the glass and mix it for 40 seconds. Add the mass to the glass of a shacked hot milk.
