In todays video I want to share how to make Swedish Flatbread "Tuttul" in a traditional bakery with a wood-fired Stove! Hope you enjoy!

Tuttul is an open-faced sandwiches made from soft flatbread originating from the Siljan area in Dalarna, Sweden, which include potatoes. Each parish in the Siljan area has its own name for these flatbread sandwiches, but "tuttul" is the most widespread.
Swedish Flatbread Tuttul:
15 g yeast
2 tbsp granulated sugar
50 g butter
2.5 dl milk (approximately 1 cup)
3 tbsp syrup
1 tsp anise, whole
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 tsp salt
200 g rye flour mix
200 g wheat flour
----
300 g potatoes, boiled and mashed (preferably a firm variety)
1.5 dl rye flour mix
5 dl wheat flour
