I am SUPER excited to share with you my health journey series. Yes. SERIES! There is just so much to cover and I want to take time with this to make sure I don't leave anything out.
I wanted to begin by just sharing my struggle with the number on the scale and how I have grown into a healthier mindset that it's not all about weight but about HEALTH and how I'm feeling. Of course, weight will follow once we start making better choices regarding our HEALTH.
