Police officers in Pakistan have a new way of getting around. Some cops in Karachi will patrol the city on rollerblades. A new armed unit of 10 men and 10 women will glide through the streets with the goal of curbing harassment and theft. The members have been rigorously trained to ensure not only their safety, but the public’s safety. The unit is similar to others in Europe and they will officially hit the streets next month.
