The UGC norms of 2018 says that, below need to be removed from similarity
1. All quoted work either falling under public domain or reproduced n'ith all nccessary
permission and/or attribution.
2. All references, bibliography, table of content, preface and acknowledgements.
3. All small similarities of minor nature.
4. AII generic terms, standard symbols and standards equations.
The above four conditions can be filtered out from the plagiarism report. Watch above video to understand how to exclude these from the similarity percentage when plagiarism check is performed.
