#4. Coconut oil – Rub some coconut oil into your hair, gently massaging the scalp with the tip of your fingers. Once done, wash the hair with lukewarm water. The same can be done using olive oil as well.

#3. Stress less – Stress releases the hormone DHT 1 which aids in hair-loss. Meditate to alleviate stress. Cardio workouts in the morning also help you feel good through the day.

#4. Minimize alcohol intake – Alcohol increases estrogen levels in the body, and decreases zinc, both of which play an important role in hair loss. Consequently, cut down on your alcohol consumption to retain a pate full of thick hair.
