In order to oil pull, take two teaspoons of coconut oil and lightly swoosh in your mouth for 10- 20 minutes a day.

It's been shown to help tooth decay, bleeding gums, naturally whiten teeth, strengthen your jaw muscles, cleanse your mouth, kill bad bacteria, and even support weight loss.

Afterwards, you're going to spit the oil out, rinse your mouth out with water, and brush your teeth as normal.
