WHAT IS ASMR?
ASMR - Independent Meridian Sensory Response - refers to a biological phenomenon characterized by a pleasant tingling sensation usually felt in the head, scalp or peripheral regions of the body in response to various visual, auditory and cognitive stimuli. This phenomenon was becoming known through cyberculture, that is, through blogs, videoblogs and mainly video sharing sites such as YouTube.
To summarize: ASMR are soft-spoken videos, whispers, object sounds or precise movements in which you listen with headphones for a better result! For better relaxation, listen in a calm environment, people usually listen to before bed! The ASMR can cause tingling in the head, this is common, in addition to other regions such as neck, back and legs ... It goes of every sensibility that the person has!
