Halo 4 is the eighth installment of the best-selling Halo franchise. The game was developed by 343 Industries, a Microsoft owned internal development studio established for the purpose of creating new properties for the Halo series. Halo 4 is the first of three games in the Reclaimer trilogy, and is a direct sequel to Halo 3. The game is set four years after the events of Halo 3 in 2557, and will follow the main protagonist Master Chief as he explores the uncharted shield world called Requiem. Here the hero will discover new enemies, experience the return of the Covenant, and will discover more of the Forerunners tainted history.
Halo 4's campaign has eight campaign missions alongside all the achievements. Those missions include Dawn, Requiem, Forerunner, Infinity, Reclaimer, Shutdown, Composer and Midnight. Halo 4's story includes the characters Master Chief, Cortana, Catherine Halsey and Thomas Laskey.
Halo 4 has USNC, Covenant and Promethean Weapons. UNSC Weapons include: Battle Rifle, Assualt Rifle, DMR, Sniper Rifle, Rocket Launcher, Magnum, Shotgun, Rail Gun, SAW, Spartan Laser and Sticky Detonator. Covenant Weapons include: Covenant Carbine, Plasma Pistol, Needler, Energy Sword, Storm Rifle, Beam Rifle and Concussion Rifle. Promethean Weapons include: Binary Rifle, Boltshot, Incineration Cannon, Lightrifle, Pulse Grenade, Scattershot and Suppressor.
