INGREDIENTS
Idli - 5 - 6
All purpose flour - 75 grams
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Water - 110 milliliters
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger - 1/2 teaspoon
Onions - 90 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Bell pepper - 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce 0 1 tablespoon
Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 110 milliliters
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION
1. Take 5 - 6 idli pieces and cut it into 4 pieces.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 75 grams all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 110 milliliters water and mix well to combine.
3. Now, add the idli pieces and mix them gently with the mixture, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy.
5. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon ginger and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
6. Add 90 grams onions and fry until translucent.
7. Now, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons bell pepper and mix well. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
8. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
9. Then, add 110 milliliters water, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and stir well. Bring it to a boil.
10. Now, add the fried idli pieces and cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
11. Garnish with spring onions.
12. Serve.
