Southern Cornbread Dressing - Thanksgiving Day Side

Hard to believe that its been a years, sicne I first uploaded this for Thanksgiving day.

Nothing says "welcome home" like the aroma of a fresh baked Southern Cornbread Dressing. In the South you can guarantee there will be dressing on the table (no stuffing down here!) and one of the most popular dressings is cornbread. My cornbread is a little-bit sweet, but it blends perfectly with the celery, onions, and chicken.

This is my family's recipe that I have had every Thanksgiving that I can remember. For a few years my parents made this for relatives for their Thanksgiving.
