Ragi Dosa - Instant Ragi Dosa Recipe

INGREDIENTS

2 Cups of Raagi flour
1 Cup of Rice Flour
1/2 Cup of Powdered Urad Dal
1 Cup Curd
1 tsp Corriander Seeds
1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
2 Red Chillies
Salt to taste
Water

METHOD

1.  In a blender jar, add the red chillies, corriander seeds and fenugreek seeds with some water and blend to a smooth paste.
2.  To make Urad dal powder, take required Urad dal and blend to a powder in a blender jar.
3.  In a mixing bowl, add the raagi flour, rice flour, powdered Urad dal,  curd, the blend paste and salt.
4. Now add water and mix these ingredients to make a smooth lump free batter.
5.  The consistency of the batter should not be too thick nor too thin.
6.  Set this batter aside for 6 hours.
7.  Heat a tawa. Take a laddleful of prepared batter and pour it in the centre of the tawa and swirl with the laddle to make a dosa.
8. Pour very little oil and let the dosa cook.
9. After 2 minutes, turn the dosa and let it cook again for 2 minutes.
10.  Repeat steps 7 - 9 to make more dosas.
11. Serve these hot raagi dosas with any chutney of your choice.
