Get ready to get your heart pumping with this all-standing cardio & waist slimming mat workout. These cardio exercises will jump-start your endurance and leave every muscle worked!   If you love this workout, do it a few times a week with other workouts that you enjoy. Drink lots of water, recover, and eat foods that give you energy so you can feel and look your best!  We are adding 1lb wrist weights to the standing cardio and 2-3lb ankles weights to the core and glute section.  The workout is broken into two, standing and mat work.  All moves can be done with no equipment.  Let's do this!
