Very fun idea
Both are OP Isekai Protagonists who in their original life were extremely obsessed with 1 thing in particular that they practically dedicated their entire life to it (becoming "The Eminence In Shadow" for Cid and Yggdrasil and his friends for Ainz) and once they came into the new world, they "became" for lack of a better term, the leaders of secret organizations (Shadow Garden and Nazarick) with contrasting objectives (Saving the world and taking over the world) both of them portray this persona of an obscure, wise and all-mighty being when in reality they're just winging everything as they go along, being unaware of the full situation most of the time and asking their vastly more intelligent subordinates for that help, both have other heroic personas (Shadow and Momon) that they put up and both of their organizations work mostly in the shadows being something akin to a shadow government. Both have attacks relating to nuclear weapons.
