Home-made Baileys, the recipe of Irish cream liqueur
Ingredients
3-4 table-spoons of blackjack.
3 packs of vanillin (powder)
⅓(one third) a tea-spoon of nutmeg
⅓(one third) a tea-spoon of ginger
A pinch of cinnamon
2 tea-spoons of of honey
400-420 Ml of 60% alcohol (if you have some Irish whyskey - add it with alcohol in the ratio of 50:50)
1 tea-spoon of oak-bark
1L of 10% Dairy cream
360-380 g of milk jam
2 packs of vanilla sugar
2 fresh egg-yolks
2 tea-spoons of coffee dissolved in half а table-spoon of water

Cooking provess:
Fill up the jar with: blackjack, vanillin, oak-bark, honey, cinnamon, ginger and alcohol. Shake it very well and let it infuse for about 5-7 days, shaking it everyday. Then filter it.
Fill up a big bowl with 500 Ml of dairy cream and 2 yolks and blend it all untill smooth. then add the milk jam and dissolved coffee and blend it again. Then pour out here 500 Ml of dairy cream and blend it again. Afterwards pour out over here 400-420 Ml of filtered infusion. Blend it the last time.
Pour one and half packs of vanilla sugar per 1 Litre of the ultimate product. Put it into the fridge for about 4-5 days, then filter it and bottle.
