I love to dance so I thought instead of walking, let's dance!  I created the workout so we'll do a different move to incorporate more muscles being worked in our arms and legs and then we'll dance (however you'd like) on the next move.  This is a short workout for beginners or for those who only have enough energy or time for the shorter time.  My hope is you'll get energized by the workout and want to do more!  Often the hardest part of exercising is starting.  

You can call this a 1 mile walk or a 1 mile dance but as as said in the title, 'call it what you'd like but I say let's work out and have fun!'.  So, let's do it!
