INGREDIENTS FOR MALPUA:
* Milk(दूध) - 1 Litre
* Water(पानी) - Some
* Sugar(चीनी) - 250-300 Gram
* Water(पानी) - Some
* Saffron(केसर) - Some
* All-Purpose Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 100 Gram
* Ghee(घी)
* Almond(बादाम) - Some
* Pistachio(पिस्ता) - Some

RECIPE:
For Poori, Take a pan on flame & put some water & add Raw Milk, Boil it till it turns half and becomes thick then turn off the flame & keep it for cooling down. Now add All-Purpose Flour/Maida in it and continuously mix it by whisker and strain out in a bowl add some more Milk if required. Take a pan, put Ghee for heating & put the Mixture & deep fry it until it gets rise. Turn the flame high & fry it till golden color appears. Take them out & put them in the Sugar Syrup.
For Sugar Syrup, Take a pan put Water & Sugar then cook it. For enhance its taste & color put some Saffron in it & cook it till it gets sticky.
Serve them in the plate pour some Sugar Syrup & garnish it with Pistachio & enjoy.
