Power Amplifier(Part-8): Class C Amplifier

This is part VIII of the video series of power amplifiers. In this part Class C Amplifier is discussed in detail.  To improve efficiency, reduce harmonic distortion and power dissipation, class C amplifier is used. It is biased below cutoff, to achieve better performance. It is used as narrowband or tuned amplifier as it uses tuned circuit at the output. Single, double and stagger tuned amplifier circuits are also covered in this video.
