Pixel 3a / 4a: Stuck in Boot Loop, Constant Restarting, Infinite Rebooting? FIXED!

I give you several solutions to fix a Google Pixel 3a (3a XL)  or 4a that is stuck in a boot loop, constantly restarting or stuck in a infinite rebooting.
