2 & 1/2 cup all purpose flour maida
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 & 3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk powder
1/2 cup cornflour
4 tsp baking powder
1& 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp citric acid
1/2 tsp salt

for 1/2 kg sponge

1&1/4 cup chocolate premix
2 tbsp oil
1/3 cup water
