Recipe 1: ( 35 pieces)
- 100gr speculoos biscuits
- 250gr of roasted peanuts
(Mixed with 2 tbsp of oil and 2 tbsp of melted speculoos spread)
- 300gr of white chocolate
(with 3 tbsp of oil)
Fluted minis decoration
👉 50gr of white chocolate
Chocolate shortbread biscuit: (50 pieces)
- 120gr of soft butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 50g icing sugar
- 1 tbsp bitter cocoa
- 220gr of flour and 1 pinch of salt

Recipe 2: (40pieces)
- 350gr of roasted almonds with skin
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 110g Breton puck biscuit
- 20g soft butter
Mold bottom decoration:
👉 100gr of white chocolate
Recipe 3: (35 pieces depending on size)
- 250gr of roasted peanuts
- 250 to 300g dark or milk chocolate
- 50g blond raisins
- 50g dried apricots
- 100gr of vanilla wafers
- 20g of butter
Mold bottom decoration:
👉 100gr of melted milk chocolate mix with 3 tablespoons of oil and decorate with dark chocolate.
